Paperless Post is the classiest possible evite site--its custom online stationery (pricing varies based on how many "stamps" you use, but starts at $4 for 20; get the first 25 stamps free) looks like the real thing. MyPunchbowl is a full party planning site--we especially love its potluck planning feature; you can also survey guests on the dates that work for them and order party supplies. Socializr integrates with social networking sites like Facebook and Flickr. And you collaborate with friends about social events and vote on dates and times.
