10. Vivan Maier: Street Photographer Book

Though the story of photographer Vivian Maier is fascinating enough, take one look at her street photos and you'll be entranced by the images. A professional nanny, who from the 1950s until the 1990s took over 100,000 photographs worldwide, it's shocking to find out that Maier was almost unknown. It was only until local historian John Maloof purchased a box of Maier's negatives from a Chicago auction house that the photos even saw the light of day. Now, presented in the first time in print, we're able to see her incredible works in Vivian Maier: Street Photographer. This book is great for those that are interested in experiencing top-notch street photography that feels beautifully timeless.
