Winter Design Trends in Home & Tech Accessories
By Kate Pruitt (from Design Sponge) on January 10, 2012
After all the pre-holiday gift shopping and post-holiday sales, my wallet and I are usually a bit burnt out by this time of year. However, as a lover of interior and tech design, I can never turn away from the activity for very long, even if it's just to browse. I've already spotted some new trends emerging this winter, which will likely transition into spring as well, with some slight modifications. Look out for bright, bold, punch colored hues and bursts of pattern; sleek and modern geometric whites and neutrals; and rustic, vintage cabin style but with a modern edge. Whether you have it on you agenda to invest in a couple new items, or you just want to see what's out there this winter, this roundup is bound to have something that will catch your eye. Enjoy! What new trends are you observing in home and tech design? Any favorites?
