Toy Story FREE 4 1/2 Stars

Disney's Toy Story is a must have for your iPad. It's a great story book, true to the movie, and includes movie clips, games, coloring, and two sing-a-long tunes. Even better, you can record your voice to read each page - perfect for when you are out of town but still want to read a bedtime story to your children.

A very simplistic app but very entertaining for babies and toddlers. I Hear Ewe shows cartoon pictures of 24 animals and 12 vehicles. When touched, the animal or vehicle makes a realistic sound. A great way for kids to learn animals/vehiclesand their sounds.

Wacky Safari App - iPad touchscreen-400.jpg

Don't let the 2 1/2 Stars deter you. What a fun and wacky way to play and learn about animals! Wacky Safari allows kids to mix and match portions of the animal bodies to make up funny combinations, press animal buttons on a wacky phone to hear what they say, learn funny jokes about animals, and play fun sounds in Paw Jam. Talking Gina Giraffe app - iPad touchscreen-400.jpg
Talking Gina FREE Not Rated Yet
There are a number of apps of talking animals and babies available, for free and for a fee. I tried many of them and prefer Talking Gina the best for toddlers...and kids for that matter. Gina loves to repeat the words and noises she hears in her cute high pitched voice. Kids will go crazy with their new "all ears" friend. Recommended only for the talking aspect of the app.
Wheels on the Bus app - iPad touchscreen-400.jpg Wheels on the Bus $1.99 4 Stars
The Wheels on the Bus is an entertaining app for toddlers that allows kids to interact with the characters while the fun familiar tune, "Wheels on the Bus" plays and narrates the story.
