These photographers use their favorite apps to not only enhance their images but show them off in a new and exciting way. So whether you just want to tweak an image or create your own masterpiece, check out these ten apps to make your pictures pop!

Camera+ is the ultimate app if you want to quickly crop, lighten up and add some pizzazz to photos you've just taken or ones that you have stored on your iPhone. A recent update now even lets you adjust exposure or focus. Just tap-and-drag to continuously adjust these aspects at any time. If you have an iPhone 4, you can continually leave on the LED flash to set up your shot.

2. CameraBag Cost: $1.99

CameraBag is the perfect app for those who want photo filters to do the work for you. With a minimal interface, this app gives you a quick and easy way to turn your boring pictures into works of art. Choose from filters like Colorcross, Helga or Lomo to create cool vintage-like shots without any fuss.

3. Lo-Mob Cost: $1.99

If you love preset filters but don't want to flip through them all, Lo-Mob gives you 39 choices - all at once. After you've chosen your preset, you can tweak your filters in Edit Mode. There, they give you the option to change components like frames, vignettes, color effect and blur. Each of these can be turned on or off independently. If you like the look of vintage photos, want a good amount of preset filters and the ability to slightly change the image, this app is for you.

4. Hipstamatic Cost: $1.99

Hipstamatic is the iPhone app you'll want if you want a quick and easy way to make your modern photos look vintage. You can easily change lenses, flashes and film to create different effects that all have that retro feel to them. If you enjoy the artistic look of photos that come from a Lomo camera, you'll want to get this app. You can also easily upload photos to Facebook and Flickr as well as email your cool photos straight to your friends and family all within this app.

5. Photogene Cost: $1.99

Photogene has been one of the top selling photography apps for more than two years - for good reason. Instead of just sorting through a handful of preset effects, if you want more control of your photo editing, try this app out. It's an easy to use, intuitive app that lets you have control over everything from color and exposure to sharpness and contrast. This app has received numerous awards including PC Magazine editor choice award.

6. Perfectly Clear Cost: $2.99

Perfectly Clear is a nice one-touch app if you want to quickly retouch your photos. Like the name states, it's great at changing the exposure, sharpness and contrast to make your photos appear clean and clear. Select an image on your iPhone and then watch as the app presents your photo in split-screen, giving you a before and after shot. Slide one way or the other to see the difference. Turn your gray, life-less photos to vibrant and clear photos with this app.

7. FocalLab Cost: $0.99

If you want an easy way to bring certain parts of your photo in focus, try out FocalLab. This app concentrates on one thing, focus, and does it well. They also give you four simple editing options - dreamy blur, soft focus, zoom blur and motion blur. Drag your fingers over the part you want to keep in focus and then adjust the amount of blur you desire. Perfect if you want your viewer to concentrate on one part of your picture.

8. TiltShift Generator Cost: $0.99

TiltShift Generator is a fun app that lets you create tilt-shift photos, making everyday scenes appear miniature. By letting you blur out certain areas of a photo and then letting you adjust the saturation, brightness and contrast, you can instantly make it look like you live in miniature world!

9. Photo fx Cost: $2.99

Photo fx is an image editor with probably more filters and effects than you'll know what to do with. It's a rich, comprehensive app that is filled with 76 filters or 878 presets. If you're looking for lots of choices including options to paint on images or layer multiple images together, this app is for you. A must-have for anyone ready to graduate to a more robust app with more choices.

10. Adobe Photoshop Express Cost: Free

Our top ten list just wouldn't be complete without mentioning Adobe's free Photoshop Express app or PS Express. As a companion to Photoshop.com, PS Express is a photo editor that lets you perform basic functions well - crop, rotate and adjust color. You can also add artistic features like Soft Focus and Sketch and adjust exposure, saturation, and contrast. It's a good app for those that don't want a lot of fuss.
