Photoshop Express app or PS Express. As a companion to Photoshop.com, PS Express is a photo editor that lets you perform basic functions well - crop, rotate and adjust color. You can also add artistic features like Soft Focus and Sketch and adjust exposure, saturation, and contrast. It's a good app for those that don't want a lot of fuss.
