Almost Frugal

Almost Frugal is a blog about learning to be more frugal. We love that the author, Kelly Rigotti, isn't an expert--she's learning along with the rest of us. "For me, being frugal doesn't mean deprivation, it means being smart with your spending, saving and money goals," she writes.
