Match Your Tech To Your Style

I’ve often found myself questioning my personal style. I’ve attempted just about every look you can think of: punk, rugged, nautical, hipster, classic, bohemian…and so on. Today I think I have finally pinpointed it (a classic and relaxed-fit fusion of sorts) and have infused it in all parts of my life. (It’s like finding gold!) With items like a classic wingback chair and planked picnic dining table, to a geometric-print iPhone case and metallic bedside lamps, I’ve found that my favorite wardrobe staples have translated into my favorite home decor and tech elements.

Similar to my Human/House/Harvey column on Design*Sponge, I’ve decided to do a roundup where I match various styles to coordinating gadgets and tech accessories. In my opinion, when you appreciate a certain style sense, it is truly reflected in all facets of your life.

Do you bring aspects of your fashion favorites into your design aesthetic? Add your favorite looks and matching gadgets to the list!

See, I would have picked indigenous flora/fauna, raw food/feedstocks, strangely fine renditions of hideously campy themes (american day railyards, eh,) eldritch, and memphis camo, but with a trip to a chain botique like ‘Softer Chemise,’ I think I’ll get by.
