40 Stylish Desks and Desktop Accessories

I’ve never been a big desk person, but as my work load grows, so does my need for a clean, flat surface on which to work. So today I thought I’d round up 40 of my absolute favorite desks on the market- including the one that came home to live in the home office I share with my husband. And because MyLifeScoop is all about technology, I’ve included a handful of my favorite desktop tech gadgets as well – ranging from Portland wifi units to easy to use trackpads.

      If you get a steel case desk, for around $400 or less you can have it painted by a company to match your decor, personality, whatever. Here’s an example of a company I’d use and recommend in LA: http://steelsantos.com/

      I sold my Eames ESU desk and bought an Ikea dining table (Melltorp) for $70. I love the space it affords me and the look is perfect.

      I’d love to hear what you think about office chairs. Any suggestions for something comfortable and reasonably priced?

      I’m looking for a crafting/fabric cutting table that’s about 38″ or so high and surface area of 4′x 8′. A table that you can stand and work at. Any great finds on those types of tables? I’ve been scouring the web and am thinking I might just have to make one myself!
